SPA
Our SPA aims to be a haven for those who need to fully relax. With a small gym, a massage room, Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi, you can take your holiday experience to another level.

The Spa will also be open for bookings for non-guests, with 3 packages (Relaxation; Muscle Recovery and Hot Stones).

These 3 treatments will always be preceded by a 1-hour Spa circuit, where it is very important to stay hydrated during and at the end of each session. Following the following usage recommendations:



  • Start with 10 minutes in the indoor hot water tank, allowing the heat to relax your sore muscles, then move on to the jacuzzi for another 10 minutes, where you will increase your blood circulation and release toxins, the perfect time to relax and clear your mind with the feeling of serenity that the hot water and pressure of the jets will offer you.

  • Spend 20 minutes in the sauna to gradually acclimatise before experiencing the steamy steam of the Turkish bath. After relaxing your muscles and purifying your pores, the Turkish bath offers further benefits for your joints, circulation, skin and breathing, boosting your immune system.

  • Once the circuit is complete, it is important to rinse your body with water to remove any sweat that may have accumulated and then continue with your massage.
